Displaying Defined Reports



Use the Toolbar or the Reports menu to bring up a list of available reports. It is only enabled once you have properly configured the Training Studio Tracker Administrator application.


Select from the available reports in the combo box to the upper right of the screen. Then click the Load Report button to display the report. Within the report, you can change pages, refresh, print, define the layout and zoom, export to Excel, Word, or Acrobat, and search for text. To change reports, select a different one from the list and again click the Load Report button. To further limit the information on reports, use the Query Reports screen.
