Using the Hotword Manager

You can use the Hotword Manager to:

• Add and delete hotwords

• Edit hotwords (this refers to their name or text, depending on the global name setting)

• Assign definitions to hotwords

• Edit existing definitions or add new definitions (see also: Definition Manager)

• Exclude hotwords from the Glossary, or modify their glossary display text
