The File menu allows you to open a content data source, open a phrases data source, open a glossary data source, save the content database as a new name, save the Content, Training Structure, Glossary, Templates, or Phrases in XML format, or exit. You can also save the current Content, Glossary, or Phrases database to XML format. You may want to do this to use an XML data source. At the bottom of the menu are up to ten of the most recently used content databases. You can click on them directly to open them rather than using the Open Content Data Source command.
